Application: IGBT Power Converter Testing
Status: Completed in 2018

Took a basic hand-made vector board design and transformed it into a finished PCBA design with additional features.

Work consisted of circuit design, simulation, schematic capture, parts modeling, layout and gerber file generation, bill of material, assembly and schematic drawings. Powerexpert also sourced all hardware and contracted a company to manufacture the completed PCBAs. Powerexpert supported production and tested the final products. Prototype quantities were delivered to the customer along with all documentation. A complete test fixture was designed and delivered by Powerexpert and is used by the customer to test IGBT power converter circuits.
