Powerexpert was contracted for a build-to-print order of several old Fuse Monitor Card used on existing and aging SCR power rectifier systems.

Powerexpert created new bills of materials to use modern available components, developed a detailed and more comprehensive test procedure, purchased all materials on a budget, populated the boards, made wire harnesses (using hard to find customer-requested wire), tested the assemblies, and provided a final test procedure/results to the customer.

Powerexpert was able to deliver earlier than the customer asked for. Moreover, this effort proved to the customer that Powerexpert is a reliable PCBA supplier, especially for low quantity and outdated legacy boards that other suppliers were not interested in dealing with.
